Are you concerned with the deterioration of your health? Do you constantly feeling fatigue or sluggish? If so, there may be an underlying medical condition. Your body may be loaded with toxic chemical and additives, and other toxins and heavy metal. Many of these toxins can be found in our food and drinks as well as daily products such as shampoo and deodorant. Driving out these toxins from your body and making it &#8216;pure&#8217; again can help to restore your health.</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Although there are some disputes among healthcare professionals on the efficacy of body detox and if they bring any benefit at all, many still opt to give it a try because the benefits outweigh the risks. There are various ways to detox the body, but the use of water is among the most popular. So how can you detox your body with water?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One way that you can use water to cleanse or detox your body is with a water fast. On a water fast, water is the only thing consumed. Solids and other liquids are refrained from your diet. The duration of the fast can vary but should not exceed 5 days. Cleansing your body with water fast allows your body to expel and flush out toxins effectively, without adding to the toxin load in your body during the time, provided clean filtered water is used.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Although there are many claims that water fast is the best method to detox the body, there are some risks involved. Because no solid foods are eaten during the program, your body will go for days without important nutrients. Since many of these nutrients are required by your body for energy and various bodily functions, limited activity is recommended so as not to use up the little energy you have left. Many are encouraged not to carry on their normal daily routine or go to work while on a water fast. Once you resume eating healthy foods, at the conclusion of your water fast, you should notice an improvement in your energy levels. In fact, you may feel &#8216;like new.&#8217;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A water fast, although is recommended, is not right for everyone. Even where fasting is used for religious purposes, exceptions are also often made for those with health conditions. For example, if you are on medication, you should continue to do so while on a water fast. However, before making the decision to fast only on water, seek supervision from a trained healthcare professional. In some cases, a fast can do more harm than good. This is common with diabetic patients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition to fasting, water can be used to aid in other detoxification methods. For example, restricting calories or processed foods laden with preservatives and additives. When limiting such food intake, you reduce the burden of toxic load in your body and so it can begin to detox more efficiently by itself. The process can be supported and stimulated with drinking plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. For better result, eat food that are high in fiber, and if possible, organic. When combined, water and fiber can help to improve your digestive system, ensuring toxins are expelled as our body originally intended to do.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition to whole body cleansing and detoxification, there is colon cleansing or irrigation with the salt water flush. Although popular, the salt water flush does have some dangers, as your body will intake and may absorb high amounts of sodium. Instructions vary depending on where you find a safe and proven formula, but most salt water flushes involve dissolving 2 teaspoons of sea salt in 1 quart of water that has a room temperature. This solution is introduced into your colon via your anus and it is recommended that you lay on your right side for about half an hour. Soon after that, you will be making multiple trips to the toilet where toxic wastes will be eliminated.</p>
<p>As you can see, there are a number of ways that water can be utilized to help you cleanse the body. Before starting, examine all your options carefully. For fastest results, a water fast is recommended, but please be informed of all the risks involved. Use your best judgment, listen to the warning signs your body, and speak to you medical healthcare provider.</p>

The foods that you tend to eat when you are on a natural body detox are foods that you will see are quite healthy. Take some time to think about what foods you are feeding your child currently, and how much better their bodies could function if you removed the majority of the toxins from it!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Protein for children<br />
Remember that growing children need protein in their diets, and you&#8217;ll soon see that protein is something that is significantly cut back on when you are looking at a body detox recipe. When you are considering these recipes, you&#8217;ll find that you do not need to prepare two, separate main meals for the children and the adults in your family, but you may wish to include something extra for the children, whether that is in the form of snacks or a simple addition to the meal in question.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Remove stress<br />
When think about natural body detox, you probably already know how badly stress can affect your system. Too much stress in your system will leave you feeling energetic with nowhere to expend your energy, and when you think about the natural stimulants that stress will dump into your system, you can see why they would be problematic for a full body detox. When you think about children, you need to think of that effect as being magnified. Children can actively be harmed developmentally through stress, so make sure that you take the time to think about what stress might do to your child and how they spend their time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">When you are thinking about engaging in a body detox system, remember to keep your children in mind. Their health is not something that should be risked in a full body detox plan, but you&#8217;ll find that there are plenty of ways which you can help them stay healthy!</p>

Some people also hold that it&#8217;s only through medicines and supplements that a person can actually detoxify oneself. However, it is not true. It is considered to be one of the most addictive substances in the world so it&#8217;s not surprising that people are asking how to detox sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A sugar detox simply means avoiding sugar to improve your health but because it is in so many foods many people find it hard to do. When you start to read the product labels you might be surprised to see how much hidden sugar you have every day. It is so addictive you might not realize how much you were depending on it for a quick energy or mood boost.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Why do you need to detox sugar?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your body turns glucose that it obtains from carbohydrate into energy. Protein and fat can be used as well but they have to be turned into glucose first. The carbohydrates from a diet of whole grains, vegetables, beans and lentils are broken down slowly and the sugars are released slowly into your blood stream. These foods contain the vitamins and minerals that are needed by your cells to convert the glucose into energy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On the other hand refined carbohydrates and sugars like white flour products, white sugar, glucose, honey, syrup, dextrose and high fructose corn syrup all get absorbed rapidly into your blood stream causing a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. Insulin is then released from you pancreas to bring it back to normal. These refined products have been stripped of all their nutrients so your cells have to rob your tissue stores of nutrients to turn the glucose into energy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Health problems associated with refined sugar</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The sudden rush of sugar into your blood stream can give you an quick energy boost but over time your body becomes depleted of nutrients, your metabolism becomes inefficient, you suffer from lack of energy and poor weight regulation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your blood fats increase as your liver converts excess sugar to triglycerides and bad cholesterol. Eventually this leads to a number of health problems such as diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, heart disease, mood swings, yeast overgrowth, osteoporosis, premature aging, poor immunity, degenerative diseases and increased risk of cancer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sugar Detox</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A sugar detox is well worth it if you want to lose weight, curb sweet cravings, control diabetes, improve your energy levels, and lower your risk of many health problems. But be prepared for some withdrawal symptoms such as headache, fatigue, anxiety, depression, irritability and sleep problems if your diet is high in added and hidden sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">How to detox sugar?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Avoid adding sugar to your food and drinks and avoid obviously sweet foods. Exclude sugar hidden in many processed foods such as ketchup, many sauces, pickles, soups, dips, peanut butter, salad dressings, frankfurters, bread by reading labels. Many fruit drinks and sodas are laden with sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It may be hard at first to avoid sugar if you rely a lot on convenience foods but you can replace sugar foods with fresh fruit, vegetable sticks, salad, unsweetened yogurt, almonds, almond butter, a handful of seeds, hummus. Avoid using artificial sweeteners or buying food or drinks containing them as they are not safe either. Try Stevia, a natural sweetener, instead.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What to eat instead on a sugar detox</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Buy plain unsweetened yogurt instead of sweetened and add your own fruit. Try oatmeal for breakfast and add some raisins or other fruit to sweeten instead of having a sweetened cereal. Look out for sugar free muesli. Make your own dressing with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Replace candy bars with more healthy fruit sweetened bars. Eat fruit instead of dessert.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Reduce sugar cravings and stabilize blood sugar with a diet of whole grains, vegetables, beans and lentils or lean, free range poultry, meat and eggs. Refined carbohydrates like white flour, white rice and refined cereals have the same effect as sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sugar cravings</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you have been used to eating a diet high sugar foods you should reduce the sugars gradually. High carbohydrate foods can have the same lifting effect as alcohol and cocaine for some people. In fact alcohol is a chemical cousin to sugar. It upsets blood sugar too so avoid it when doing a sugar detox.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nutritional support to reduce sugar cravings</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you have a serious craving for sugar you can take some nutritional supplements to restore the nutrients that you are lacking. The B vitamins, Vitamin C, chromium, and zinc can help with sugar withdrawal symptoms. Try the amino acid L-Glutamine 500mg 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day. Increase dose to 1000mg three times a day if you still get cravings after 1 week. Combine with Chromium 200 mcg three times a day with meals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This sugar detox plan will help you will break sugar addiction and sugar cravings. As a result you should have more energy, lose weight more easily and improve your general health.</p>

When most people think of learning how to detox at home, they think about the fasting detox that requires you to give up food and drink glasses full of strange inredients. That is one way of detoxifying your body. But if you have never done a detox or it has been a long time since you have done it, you should be aware that going into it with full gusto can be shocking to your body. The best way to detox at home is to go healthy by cutting out foods and substances that are overworking your liver and add foods that have been shown to have beneficial effects.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Detox at Home &#8211; Foods You Need / Foods You Don&#8217;t</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fruits and vegetables will be the mainstay of your detox plan. You can have up to three servings of fruit in a day and unlimited amounts of most vegetables. Do not eat bananas, potatoes or corn. If you eat peas, add them to your servings of legumes rather than counting them as vegetables. All of these are high in sugars and starch. You should get your starch from whole grains and legumes. Whenever possible, eat your food whole or put the fruit or vegetable in a juicer with skins intact. Remember to always wash your fruits and vegetables before eating them!</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Twice daily, include whole grains in your diet. If you purchase bread, make sure the bread you buy is 100% whole grain. There should be no refined ingredients. Brown rice and steel-cut oatmeal are good choices for whole grains.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Learning how to detox at home is about learning how to eat a bit differnetly. Do not eat meat or any animal products such as eggs, cheese or milk while you are on your detox at home plan. There are other sources of protein you can use such as beans, raw almonds and unsalted seeds that provide protein and help to detoxify your liver.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are only two acceptable fats and these are olive oil and canola oil. It is recommended that you have two servings of these a day. A good way to incorporate them is to add them to vinegar or lemon juice to make a dressing. Do not eat mayonnaise, margarine, bottle dressings, vegetable oil or butter.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your detox at home plan should include a gallon of water or more a day. Water helps to flush out the toxins that are being released into your system. This is essential if you wish to get the detox done quickly and without all the nasty side effects involved.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you are elderly, you should not detox at home. Do not put young children on this kind of plan. If you are fighting an addiction whether it is to alcohol or drugs do not detox without being under the care of professionals. If you are on prescriptions or have a health concern, talk to your doctor about whether or not a detox at home plan is right for you. Because of the nature of detox, your body will likely react with some harsh symptoms. It is always best to see your doctor before you go on a cleansing diet.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Learning how to detox at home involves an eating plan that is low in calories and as such, should not be maintained for longer than ten days. If you like the way you feel at the end of your detox, you can just add protein from salmon, tuna or chicken as well as low-fat plain yogurt with fruit you blend into it. It is inadvisable to eat more than two servings of fish a week. If you are concerned about anything during your detox at home, you should see a specialist or your family doctor.</p>

Are you concerned with the deterioration of your health? Do you constantly feeling fatigue or sluggish? If so, there may be an underlying medical condition. Your body may be loaded with toxic chemical and additives, and other toxins and heavy metal. Many of these toxins can be found in our food and drinks as well as daily products such as shampoo and deodorant. Driving out these toxins from your body and making it &#8216;pure&#8217; again can help to restore your health.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Although there are some disputes among healthcare professionals on the efficacy of body detox and if they bring any benefit at all, many still opt to give it a try because the benefits outweigh the risks. There are various ways to detox the body, but the use of water is among the most popular. So how can you detox your body with water?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One way that you can use water to cleanse or detox your body is with a water fast. On a water fast, water is the only thing consumed. Solids and other liquids are refrained from your diet. The duration of the fast can vary but should not exceed 5 days. Cleansing your body with water fast allows your body to expel and flush out toxins effectively, without adding to the toxin load in your body during the time, provided clean filtered water is used.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Although there are many claims that water fast is the best method to detox the body, there are some risks involved. Because no solid foods are eaten during the program, your body will go for days without important nutrients. Since many of these nutrients are required by your body for energy and various bodily functions, limited activity is recommended so as not to use up the little energy you have left. Many are encouraged not to carry on their normal daily routine or go to work while on a water fast. Once you resume eating healthy foods, at the conclusion of your water fast, you should notice an improvement in your energy levels. In fact, you may feel &#8216;like new.&#8217;</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A water fast, although is recommended, is not right for everyone. Even where fasting is used for religious purposes, exceptions are also often made for those with health conditions. For example, if you are on medication, you should continue to do so while on a water fast. However, before making the decision to fast only on water, seek supervision from a trained healthcare professional. In some cases, a fast can do more harm than good. This is common with diabetic patients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition to fasting, water can be used to aid in other detoxification methods. For example, restricting calories or processed foods laden with preservatives and additives. When limiting such food intake, you reduce the burden of toxic load in your body and so it can begin to detox more efficiently by itself. The process can be supported and stimulated with drinking plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. For better result, eat food that are high in fiber, and if possible, organic. When combined, water and fiber can help to improve your digestive system, ensuring toxins are expelled as our body originally intended to do.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In addition to whole body cleansing and detoxification, there is colon cleansing or irrigation with the salt water flush. Although popular, the salt water flush does have some dangers, as your body will intake and may absorb high amounts of sodium. Instructions vary depending on where you find a safe and proven formula, but most salt water flushes involve dissolving 2 teaspoons of sea salt in 1 quart of water that has a room temperature. This solution is introduced into your colon via your anus and it is recommended that you lay on your right side for about half an hour. Soon after that, you will be making multiple trips to the toilet where toxic wastes will be eliminated.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">As you can see, there are a number of ways that water can be utilized to help you cleanse the body. Before starting, examine all your options carefully. For fastest results, a water fast is recommended, but please be informed of all the risks involved. Use your best judgment, listen to the warning signs your body, and speak to you medical healthcare provider.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">A sugar detox simply means avoiding sugar to improve your health but because it is in so many foods many people find it hard to do. When you start to read the product labels you might be surprised to see how much hidden sugar you have every day. It is so addictive you might not realize how much you were depending on it for a quick energy or mood boost.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Why do you need to detox sugar?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your body turns glucose that it obtains from carbohydrate into energy. Protein and fat can be used as well but they have to be turned into glucose first. The carbohydrates from a diet of whole grains, vegetables, beans and lentils are broken down slowly and the sugars are released slowly into your blood stream. These foods contain the vitamins and minerals that are needed by your cells to convert the glucose into energy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">On the other hand refined carbohydrates and sugars like white flour products, white sugar, glucose, honey, syrup, dextrose and high fructose corn syrup all get absorbed rapidly into your blood stream causing a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. Insulin is then released from you pancreas to bring it back to normal. These refined products have been stripped of all their nutrients so your cells have to rob your tissue stores of nutrients to turn the glucose into energy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Health problems associated with refined sugar</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The sudden rush of sugar into your blood stream can give you an quick energy boost but over time your body becomes depleted of nutrients, your metabolism becomes inefficient, you suffer from lack of energy and poor weight regulation.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Your blood fats increase as your liver converts excess sugar to triglycerides and bad cholesterol. Eventually this leads to a number of health problems such as diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, heart disease, mood swings, yeast overgrowth, osteoporosis, premature aging, poor immunity, degenerative diseases and increased risk of cancer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sugar Detox</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A sugar detox is well worth it if you want to lose weight, curb sweet cravings, control diabetes, improve your energy levels, and lower your risk of many health problems. But be prepared for some withdrawal symptoms such as headache, fatigue, anxiety, depression, irritability and sleep problems if your diet is high in added and hidden sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">How to detox sugar?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Avoid adding sugar to your food and drinks and avoid obviously sweet foods. Exclude sugar hidden in many processed foods such as ketchup, many sauces, pickles, soups, dips, peanut butter, salad dressings, frankfurters, bread by reading labels. Many fruit drinks and sodas are laden with sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It may be hard at first to avoid sugar if you rely a lot on convenience foods but you can replace sugar foods with fresh fruit, vegetable sticks, salad, unsweetened yogurt, almonds, almond butter, a handful of seeds, hummus. Avoid using artificial sweeteners or buying food or drinks containing them as they are not safe either. Try Stevia, a natural sweetener, instead.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">What to eat instead on a sugar detox</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Buy plain unsweetened yogurt instead of sweetened and add your own fruit. Try oatmeal for breakfast and add some raisins or other fruit to sweeten instead of having a sweetened cereal. Look out for sugar free muesli. Make your own dressing with virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar or lemon juice. Replace candy bars with more healthy fruit sweetened bars. Eat fruit instead of dessert.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Reduce sugar cravings and stabilize blood sugar with a diet of whole grains, vegetables, beans and lentils or lean, free range poultry, meat and eggs. Refined carbohydrates like white flour, white rice and refined cereals have the same effect as sugar.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sugar cravings</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you have been used to eating a diet high sugar foods you should reduce the sugars gradually. High carbohydrate foods can have the same lifting effect as alcohol and cocaine for some people. In fact alcohol is a chemical cousin to sugar. It upsets blood sugar too so avoid it when doing a sugar detox.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Nutritional support to reduce sugar cravings</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you have a serious craving for sugar you can take some nutritional supplements to restore the nutrients that you are lacking. The B vitamins, Vitamin C, chromium, and zinc can help with sugar withdrawal symptoms. Try the amino acid L-Glutamine 500mg 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day. Increase dose to 1000mg three times a day if you still get cravings after 1 week. Combine with Chromium 200 mcg three times a day with meals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">This sugar detox plan will help you will break sugar addiction and sugar cravings. As a result you should have more energy, lose weight more easily and improve your general health.</p>
